B. every 단수 가산 명사와 사용되는 한정사이며 세 개 이상의 사람이나 사물에 전체적인 의미로 각 ...마다 다, 어느 ...이나 다 라는 말로 사용된다.

4. Every letter needs to be checked before it is sent out.

C. 어떤 한정사가 명사를 이미 수식 하고 있을 때 each each of + 한정사 + 복수명사 의 형태를 취하며 each 자체는 대명사가 된다. 그리고 이러한 경우에 이런 형태들이 주어로 사용되면 단수동사가 요구된다.
