B.	help + sb + do 의 형태로 어떤 사람이 ...하도록 도와 주다 의 뜻이다.

C.	assist는 help보다는 형식적인 어휘로 쉽고 덜 중요한 부분을 도와 준다는 의미로 사용된다.
